Love Island is again on screens and plenty of viewers have the identical query.
Islanders are filmed virtually 24/7 and but are virtually by no means seen cooking or consuming.
So when do the contestants eat and the place does their meals come from?
It seems cameras often cease rolling for dinner which is why the contestants are not often seen consuming.
Former Love Islander Cara De La Hoyde defined: “Dinner was one of the best as a result of it was whole downtime. You sit with the chaperones and it is not filmed and you haven’t any mics on as they’re altering all of the batteries.

Elma Pazar from season 5 revealed: “We mainly get a buffet. The meals is nice. Cooking on the present is just not a factor in any respect.
“You can also make a snack, cheese on a cracker maybe? However the whole lot else made for you.”
And season 1’s Chris Williamson shared: “Have you ever ever heard anybody eat up shut with a microphone round their neck? It feels like somebody strolling by mud – it is completely disgusting. And everybody’s bought sauce throughout their face and stuff like that. Who desires to see that? ”
He continued to disclose: “There is a canteen on website and a two-way larder the place they drop these large pots of meals – which is perhaps lasagne or salad or pizza – simply regular stuff.
“After which as soon as the individuals who’ve deposited the meals depart, our facet of the door will get opened and we go and get it.”
In the meantime 2016’s Kady McDermott beforehand instructed Cosmopolitan journal: “We might have meals cooked for us at dinner, and producers would come to vary our mic batteries…
“That’s why dinner isn’t filmed otherwise you don’t see anybody consuming scorching meals. The meals tasted wonderful. They used to provide us a dessert after each lunch and each dinner, and the cake was unreal, and we may request meals if we needed.”
