HONOLULU — The College of Hawaiʻi is increasing its flagship Mānoa campus to construct a studying middle and dorm for college students who wish to be entrepreneurs.The $70 million advanced, known as the Residences for Modern Pupil Entrepreneurs, or RISE, will likely be a six-story constructing set to open in 2023.
